Refund Request

Tell us your confirmation code and we'll take it from there.

Bought your tickets on Prekindle, or anywhere other than this website? Your refund goes through whoever sold you the ticket — contact them using the confirmation email they sent you. This form can only find tickets bought here on our own website's ticketing platform.

If you added the Refundable Ticket option, your refund is automatic as long as you ask at least 24 hours before doors and the ticket hasn't been scanned. No reason needed.

If you didn't, tickets are non-refundable — but send this in anyway and a manager will look at it. We can't promise anything.

The short code at the top of your ticket email — 6 characters, letters and numbers. Not your email address.

Must be the same address the tickets were sent to.
