Front of House
ServerFull-service sections in a loud, busy room. Know the menu, read a table, keep drinks moving. Tips are strong on show nights.
HostFirst face people see. Manage the wait, seat to the right sections, and keep the door calm when a line forms before a show.
Food RunnerGet plates out hot and to the right seat. You are the link between the kitchen window and the floor, and you set the pace of service.
BusserTurn tables fast and keep the room clean. Best way into serving here — most of our servers started on a bus tub.
Bar
BartenderHigh-volume well and cocktails, especially once the band starts. Speed, accuracy and a level head at last call. Nights and weekends required.
How it works
