Browse it, read it, share links to it, print a page if it's useful. That's what it's for. You don't need our permission to link to us.

What we ask you not to do:

• ▸Scrape it, crawl it for bulk data, or run bots against it — including to scoop up tickets the moment they go on sale.
• ▸Try to break into the admin area, other people's orders, or anything else that isn't yours.
• ▸Copy our photos, menus, artwork or copy for your own commercial use.
• ▸Overload the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• ▸Use it to break the law.

We can block access to anyone doing those things, and cancel any orders that came out of it.

Enquiry forms, band submissions, job applications, replies to our emails — please keep it accurate and keep it yours. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to send, and don't send anything abusive or unlawful.

If you send us a demo, photos or a press kit, you're giving us permission to use that material to consider and promote your booking. You keep the ownership of it. We don't treat submissions as confidential, so don't send us secrets.

The Hochatown Saloon name, logo, photographs, menus, site design and copy belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Artist names, band logos and tour artwork belong to the artists.

You can share our show announcements and posters as they are — that's the point of them. Don't re-use our photography or design in your own commercial work without asking first.

We work hard to keep show dates, times, prices, menus and hours accurate, but things change — lineups shift, kitchens run out, hours move with the season. Information here is not a guarantee, and the odd typo or stale page happens.

If a price or detail on the site is clearly wrong, we'll correct it rather than be held to the mistake. For anything that matters — a long drive, a big group, a special occasion — call us at (580) 494-3300 and we'll confirm it.

We link to other places — online ordering, cabin bookings, artists' own pages, our social accounts. We don't run those and we're not responsible for what's on them or what they do with your information.

We provide this website as it is. We can't promise it'll always be up, always be perfect, or work on every device — and we're not liable for losses that come from the site being down or wrong. If something here is broken, tell us and we'll fix it.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for injury caused by our own negligence, or for anything the law doesn't let us limit.

Text messages from Hochatown Saloon LLC, trading as Hochatown Saloon, go only to people who asked for them: staff who gave a manager their mobile number for scheduling, and guests who gave the host their number so we could tell them when their table was ready. We never text a number that was bought, rented, or passed to us by somebody else.

There is no set schedule — how often you hear from us depends on your own shifts or your own table. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any of these messages to stop them, and HELP for help. Stopping them has no effect on your job, your booking, or your table. What we do with the number is set out in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and anything we can't resolve between us goes to the state or federal courts serving McCurtain County, Oklahoma.

We update this page from time to time, and the date at the top tells you when we last did. Carrying on using the site after a change means you're fine with it.
